Under the condition of ensuring a constant reclaiming capacity and a certain reclaiming speed, in order to fill the scraper with the designed maximum capacity of material, the angle of the cantilever and scraper reclaiming system is gradually reduced, so as to realize the silo's lowering angle. The material is scraped layer by layer. The reclaiming operation speed of the reclaimer adopts the frequency conversion speed regulation of the drive motor, and the reclaiming amount of the reclaimer is adjusted by adjusting the reclaiming operation speed. Under special circumstances, the reclaimer can reclaim material from unfilled stockpiles under manual operation.
